MIlitary Opt Out

Dear Parents and Guardians,
 
Parents may prohibit the release of student information to the military and other agencies by printing and filling out the attached form. We provided this information to parents at the start of the school year, but in case you missed it, we're providing the opt-out form again. The form includes further details.   If you've already sent in the form this school year, there's no need to send it again. If you'd like to submit the form, please send it to your school's head counselor by Friday, Oct. 30. Based on parent input, we're extending the original deadline, which was Oct. 1, just to make certain all parents have a chance to submit the form.
